Work with what’s really happening

People rarely call me because they’ve decided they need systems psychodynamics.

They call because an important room needs to work,

a team isn’t connecting,

a leader is carrying too much,

or something human is getting in the way of a perfectly rational plan.

That’s where we begin.

  • “Loved it. Relevant to our work! Felt so intimate, vulnerable and fun”

    Executive sponsor - CISCO

  • “Stef’s engaging and curious nature was instrumental in facilitating rich, breakthrough conversations"

    Executive leader - Catapult

  • “Stefan is like a ball of energy that rolls the whole time to help the group learn”

    Workshop participant - Redkite

  • “Absolutely amazing - a program that felt unique to us”

Team Leader and workshop participant - Victoria University

  • “You have made a huge impact on this organisation and all the people here”

Team member and leader - Buildkite

When the room matters

Some rooms carry more weight than others.

A leadership gathering. An offsite after a restructure. A team trying to reconnect. A global event crossing cultures and time zones. A message that needs to do more than fill a slide.

I design and facilitate experiences that help people engage with the purpose of the room and more importantly, with one another.

The work combines strong design, careful facilitation, useful ideas and enough play to help people lower their defences and genuinely take part.

When people need to work better together

Good teams need more than goodwill.

They need ways to understand one another, work with tension, take up authority, give useful feedback and stay connected to their shared purpose.

I design programs that help people learn about group dynamics while working with the real dynamics of their own group.

When the work needs sustained attention

Some human problems don’t fit neatly into a workshop.

A leader may need space to understand their role and influence.

A team may know that something is happening without having language for it.

An organisation may need an external partner who can hold context across multiple pieces of work.

Start somewhere useful

You don’t need to know which program, workshop or process you need before contacting me.

Sometimes the right beginning is one important session.

Sometimes it’s a conversation that helps us name the real problem.

And sometimes it becomes a longer partnership.

Tell me (a certified human) what’s happening, human friend.

We’ll work out the useful place to begin.
